Chocolate cake without baking
Cake for the sweet tooth. Prepared simply and quickly. The taste is just magical. Mild taste of chocolate, crunchy cookies, nuts... all worth a try!

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    200 g

  • White chocolate

    50 g

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cocoa powder

  • Berry

Grind nuts, cookies and white chocolate. I break biscuits with your hands. If you want a smoother consistency of the cake can be ground in a blender.

Finely chop or grind in a blender of dark and bitter chocolate.

In a saucepan pour in the cream, put the butter and sugar. Put it on the stove and bring to a boil and dissolve the oil, stirring occasionally.

Remove from the heat and pour the mixture into the bowl with dark chocolate.

Stir until chocolate is completely dissolved.

Let cool to room temperature. Add the nuts, biscuits and white chocolate.

Stir and leave to soak for 20 minutes.

Put in the form (I have 20 cm in diameter). Refrigerate for 3 hours.
