Meat dumplings in almond sauce
Delicate dumpling with flavorful sauce. A great addition to the dish will be fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Almonds

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Bread

    3 slice

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

With bread cut the crusts. Two pieces of bread to soak in milk, wring out slightly. Mash to a pulp.
