Cooking
First make the sauce. While we cook shrimp, it will just cool down. Slightly heat the cream in a saucepan and add grated cheese.
Cook on a medium heat to melt cheese. Remove from the heat. Add the juice of half a lemon, garlic through a press, salt and pepper to taste.
Quinoa is well rinsed. For this recipe I used quinoa TM Mistral.
And cover with water (1:2), after boiling add salt, cover, reduce heat and cook for about 20 minutes.
Boil shrimp in salted water. (7-10 minutes).
Separately in a bowl, beat with a fork egg.
Fluffing quinoa with a fork, to make it more crumbly.
Grease the baking sheet with oil.
First, coat each shrimp in flour. I took a wooden skewer.
Then in the quinoa and spread on a baking sheet.
To rateget the oven to 250 degrees and bake shrimp for about 10 minutes.
Serve with sauce and slices of lemon.
