Pechenocna
Pechenocna very tasty with a delicious gravy.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Take the liver and cut into slices.

Add salt to taste.

From one orange squeeze the juice and fill them with the liver.

Add the soy sauce.

Mix all the. Give the liver to stand for 15 minutes.

Then dip each piece in flour.

And fry in a pan.

Put fried liver in a pan and add to the yogurt.

Put a Bay leaf and black pepper. Simmer the liver for about 10 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
