Dessert
I was planning to cook another dessert, but when by chance I saw this... I realized that was missing and I want to try it out live right now! Fortunately, everything is prepared quickly and the ingredients for this dessert I always have at home! It turned out fabulous treat with some Eastern flavor. Son raspberry tea, too, ate a few spoons!

Ingredients

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Saffron

  • Cinnamon

  • Olive oil

    15 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Honey

    100 g

For this great dessert rice company Mistral "Indica". It really holds its shape well and is not sticky.

Rice wash, fill with cold water and bring to a boil. Add in the rice, cinnamon, saffron and orange zest. Cook until the rice is tender. Excess fluid is drained, remove the zest.

Squeeze the juice from the orange, add water, olive oil and honey. Boil the mixture until thick, stir periodically. It took me about 10 minutes

In honey-citrus caramel add the prepared rice and stir simmer for another 5 minutes.

Give the honey rice to cool completely. All a pleasant appetite!!!
