Description

Cooking
Beat the sugar with eggs until foamy.
Add the ricotta and zest and whisk 2 minutes. Next, add the butter and condensed milk. Beat a few seconds.
Add the baking powder and flour, whisking until smooth. Apples cleaned and cut into thin slices or small plates. Add to the dough and mix gently with a spatula.
Put the dough in the form and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-50 minutes (until dry wooden skewers). The finished cake to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
