Description

Pie with very soft, creamy multi-cheese souffle
I love savory, even salty pastries with a Cup of strong coffee, good sweets. And cheese love too with coffee. So often I bake a cake with pieces of cheese of different varieties, which will be in the house. And if in dough with different flour to take, it gives a very interesting pie. The dough is beautiful, bright color and slightly sweet, crumbly and tender. A soufflé is fragrant and juicy, with a pronounced scarrrrrrrrrrrry taste and salty. Just a heck of a combination! The boys once rashly said that it's no worse than pizza!

Cooking

step-0
Beat the butter with sugar and paprika. Add 100 ml of sour cream and stir with a mixer at low speed.
step-1
Pour crushed in the palms of the conventional flakes of Hercules, sifted with baking powder and oat flour. Mix with a mixer until smooth.
step-2
Put the dough into shape-better than silicone and smooth spatula. A little test, form take little.
step-3
Cheese to grind –I have very hard – I rubbed in the middle, a cheese, grater. Also grate hard cheese and a little Parmesan for flavor and structure.
step-4
Mix grated cheese with egg, add sour cream and starch, stir again with a spatula. Put the cheese mixture over the dough evenly, sprinkle with oregano.
step-5
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until ready. The first 7-8 minutes the oven on lower heat, then switched to common and slightly reduce the temperature to 180 degrees. Oven to raise soufflés and Golden brown.
step-6
Serve hot tastes best, until the souffle still fluffy. But cold on the second day -if you will-pie is very good!
