Description
Yesterday was a holiday, so day off. Skating with my son we did not get, so I had the energy to splash in the kitchen. Though coming to the end of the contest "Queen of the cocktail", I decided to take part in it. The tarts themselves were prepared for the first time, so they are unlikely to claim such a great title. Let not the Queen, but a Princess for sure! The recipe is simple. Hope useful to someone note!

Cooking
Margarine, combine with flour, knead with hands, add sour cream and soda, slaked 9% vinegar, or lemon juice. Knead the dough.
To prepare the ramekins, grease them (if needed) vegetable oil.
Roll the dough into circles,
Spread in the tins, poke with a fork.
Bake at 180 degrees (gas oven) 10 to 15 minutes.
Here's a fish I've ever had - salted salmon.
To prepare the filling. Eggs and fish cut into cubes, onions chop. All combine and add mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly
And put on the tartlets. Bon appetit!
