Cooking
The dough I was kneading in the bread maker. Flour be sure to sift it twice. In the bucket of a bread machine put the sour cream, butter, yolks, sugar, add milk and salt. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add the flour. Add the yeast to put the program kneading and letting dough rise.
The finished dough divided into parts, to work with oiled hands. The dough is very tender and a little sticky, this pleasantly rough due to the corn flour. Very nice work..
Each part divided into pieces and roll out their sausages, put a spiral in muffin tins.
Allow to rise and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until it will turn brown. Lay out on a towel and let cool slightly.
While scones are cooling, sifted powdered sugar mixed with pounded in his hands and also sifted dried lavender. Little by little pouring the milk, grind the powder with a spatula until smooth. Milk can leave a little more to add should be very careful not to pour. The glaze should fall from the spatula in thick pieces, not to drain.
Still warm muffin out onto a plate and generously pour the glaze. Allow to dry glaze.
