Cooking
Sour milk ( yogurt) slightly warm, add sugar, 2 tbsp flour, the yeast, stir, cover and leave for 10 minutes sift the Flour into a large bowl, add the salt, baking powder, egg, oil and yeast mixture. Knead smooth, elastic dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and let rest until the dough doubled
Once the dough will increase, put it on the work surface and roll out the layer, 4-5 mm thick and using a glass cut out circles (10-15 cm diameter)

One rolls need 2 circle of dough and 1 ham
One circle of dough and put a circle of ham and cover with the second circle of dough. Make 8 cuts ( see photo)
