Jelly serum
"Hooked" I am on the home curd. Mom all summer went to the cottage, brought fresh milk, and I'm the cheese was done. The serum used in different ways, but still it was a lot, I even with mother-in-law shared. Flipping through the book yesterday Odinets "Advice my mother-in-law" and just found a great recipe-the hint of using the serum. My husband really liked it.

Ingredients

  • Serum

    1 l

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Gelatin

    30 g

  • Berry

    0.5 can

Cooking

In the serum add sugar and put on medium heat, stir.

As it is heated, add gelatin. Fire diminish to a small, stir continuously until the gelatin is dissolved. Do not allow boiling, turn it off.

Time to add fruit flavor. Well, the jelly is not artificially flavoured and has a good homemade jam. I chose apricot.

A few apricot halves to each plate.

On the table cold, and the night in the fridge. And this is in the morning.

You can pour currant syrup, you can sprinkle grated chocolate, nuts - as your heart desires.
