Eggplant rolls with cheese and olives
Eggplant rolls can be served as a snack. Taste cheese, olive with garlic.

Ingredients

  • Basil

    0.5 coup

  • Mint

    0.5 coup

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Cheese

  • Green olives

    20 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    150 g

Cut eggplant into long layers, add salt and leave for 20 minutes. Then with a paper towel to blot the salt and fry with 2 sides in vegetable oil. Grate cheese and cheese. Chop the greens. Grind olives with garlic in a food processor. Combine all ingredients.

Put the fried eggplants on paper (to remove excess fat). Onion slice and fry.

Spread the filling over the eggplant.
