Cooking
On the advice of the author, meat several hours before cooking I smeared with mustard, it helps soften the tough meat. The flesh of beef cut into pieces and slightly repelled.
Then the meat is fried on high heat and put in a batch pot, the bottom of which is covered with slices of bacon.
Then add carrots, crackers of "Borodino" bread, Bay leaf, pepper, salt, pour the broth and simmer in the oven for 20 minutes. Then put the potatoes and 10-15 minutes before the end of quenching - cream.
Serve in the pot, sprinkle with herbs.
