Description
Dear cooks, I came today with some bread. The impetus for the creation of this recipe was an unfortunate curiosity. On returning from a tour of the house, I was expecting a frustrated husband with a question: "What is the most disgusting you have in the refrigerator in a glass jar? Sour smells and bubbling, infection? I threw her out of harm's way." Thus died a hero's death my next starter. So while you bake with yeast, and I must say, was very pleased with the result. Bread this recipe turns elastic, soft, remains so for four days.

Cooking
Serum heated to body temperature, add the sugar and crumbled yeast, leave under a towel for 15 minutes to froth cap.
In the bread machine pan pour yeast solution, add both kinds of flour, oatmeal and bran.
Put the program "dough", after graduation, leave the dough to rise for half an hour. Add to the dough vegetable oil and salt and knead the dough again. Let go of one hour. The dough will be very elastic, non-sticky, fragrant.
You can bake bread in the bread maker, but I like bouhanick baked in the oven. On baking paper (to grease my nothing not necessary, if in doubt about its brush with oil and sprinkle with bran) formed a loaf, make it a series of longitudinal incisions with a sharp knife and give a time for under a towel for about 15-20 minutes until doubled. Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
Put the bread in a hot oven and the first 10 minutes bake with steam. To do this, liberally sprayed the walls of the oven from a spray after 5 minutes, repeat the procedure. After 10 minutes reduce the temperature to 200°C and bake until Golden brown. My loaf was standing in the oven for 26 minutes, focus on the peculiarities of your oven.
The finished loaf is passed on to the grate, allow to stand for 5-10 minutes, then wrap it up in a linen towel and let it cool down completely. Slice and eat.
With cream cheese - a fairy tale!
