Bright onion pie
The Sunny color of this cake - the merit of corn flour and turmeric in the dough! Pleasant taste it is saturated spring greens, onion and of course cheese crispy crust!

Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Spices

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

Needed for the pie ingredients.

Mix yogurt, egg, sugar, chopped parsley and dill (about out 2 tbsp), add spices to taste.

Finely chop the onion and add it to the yogurt with herbs. On a coarse grater to grate cheese. Half cheese added to the batter, and half is left for dusting the pie. Add salt to taste, I have the cheese was salty, so the salt put a small pinch.

In a separate bowl combine the corn flour, turmeric and baking powder.
