Cooking
Needed for the pie ingredients.
Mix yogurt, egg, sugar, chopped parsley and dill (about out 2 tbsp), add spices to taste.
Finely chop the onion and add it to the yogurt with herbs. On a coarse grater to grate cheese. Half cheese added to the batter, and half is left for dusting the pie. Add salt to taste, I have the cheese was salty, so the salt put a small pinch.
In a separate bowl combine the corn flour, turmeric and baking powder.
Begin to combine, add the dry part of the test liquid. Mix well. The dough was thick, not flowing. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
In the oiled form lay out the dough, even out and sprinkle the remaining grated cheese. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until Golden brown, about 20-25 minutes. Take out, allow to cool.
Serve this pie as a separate dish, and can be as addition to the soup!
You can pour sour cream or just eat a slice with a glass of milk! All a pleasant appetite!
