Prepare flavored butter. Clean off the zest from a lime, garlic peel and crush. Melt the butter on not a very hot pan, add the zest and garlic, heat together 2 minutes.
Smoked salmon to disassemble the pieces of bone out. Add the finely chopped dill.
Pour the fragrant oil, add the lime juice.
Instead of salt add soy sauce Kikkoman, it will emphasize and reinforce the taste of smoked fish.
