Terrine of trout with lime
Very tender and flavorful pate of salmon. Good option for snacks on the buffet table - they can be filled with eggs, vol-AU-vents or radiators. And of course, serve this pie for Breakfast the family!

Ingredients

  • Trout

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Dill

    3 sprig

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Prepare flavored butter. Clean off the zest from a lime, garlic peel and crush. Melt the butter on not a very hot pan, add the zest and garlic, heat together 2 minutes.

Smoked salmon to disassemble the pieces of bone out. Add the finely chopped dill.

Pour the fragrant oil, add the lime juice.

Instead of salt add soy sauce Kikkoman, it will emphasize and reinforce the taste of smoked fish.
