Pork the old - fashioned way
This recipe I read in the magazine "Love to cook" and so it interested me... Prepare and taste were amazing: tender, flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Brew

    0.5 l

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

Cooking

Onion cut into half rings,

meat in small pieces.

In a deep frying pan fry the meat with onions for about 10 minutes (over medium heat)

Add salt, pepper and Bay leaf,

Pour in beer, cover with a lid, allow to boil.

Low down the heat and simmer on low heat for about 1 hour.
