Vegetable casserole with sausages
This recipe shared with me by a colleague at work. Very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts

    400 g

  • Sausage

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Nutmeg

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Dill

Cooking

Put the cabbage in a pot of boiling salted Vody and cook for about 20 minutes. 1 Cup of broth to KEEP the sauce. Cabbage drain in a colander.

Slice the sausage slices. Pepper wash, remove the stalk and seeds, cut into strips (pepper I was not so without it).

In a frying pan with vegetable oil fry the flour for the sauce.

Gradually pour in there cabbage broth and cream. To follow to avoid lumps. Stirring boil for 5 minutes.

Remove pan from heat, add beaten egg, a pinch of nutmeg, salt, sugar and mix thoroughly.

B a baking pan to put the cabbage, pepper, sausages, pour the sauce, sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Ready cabbage sprinkle with chopped dill. Serve in the same form in which it was baked. Bon appetit!!!
