Puff beer
Men's beer! Your men will thank you! Belebey cheese puffs "Merchant" with bacon and olives. Perfect on the holiday table. Of course women won't give up on such Goodies-extra crispy!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    250 g

  • Cheese

    3 piece

  • Brisket

    4 piece

  • Olives

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

On Board we pour a flour, to roll out 1 layer of dough into a rectangle. The rectangle size such that the width fit 2 piece slicing and a length of 1.5 of the piece remained the same size piece of dough without cheese, which we will peregrim and will cover the cheese.

In the center of the overlap place the brisket that way. I had long pieces and the last row I laid out the cut pieces to length. Fold the edges of the dough to the center.

The resulting seam width of about 12 cm, which is cut into puffs of width 1.5-2 cm got a 10 PCs.

Spread on a non stick form or on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper.
