Autumn vegetables Kikkoman
Sweet fall carrots, a slice of healthy and delicious pumpkin, spices and amazing sauces of TM Kikkoman. A great snack or a quick salad... as you wish and that you have enough patience... get it!!!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    800 g

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sauce-marinade

    30 ml

  • Soy sauce

    30 ml

  • Sauce

    30 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Sesame

Cooking

Wash and peel carrots and pumpkin.

Grate on a grater for Korean carrot vegetables. Folded into a tight package, preferably with zip or bowl.

Finely chop a big bunch of parsley. Add the parsley to the vegetables.

Squeeze the juice of one lemon. Add to juice soy sauces and honey.

Squeeze the garlic through a garlic crusher. Mix thoroughly.

Add sauce to vegetables, mix and thoroughly mash the vegetables by hand. To taste, add spices as needed. For my taste everything is perfect... you Can enjoy a wonderful salad of autumn vegetables.

Tightly roll the package or cover the bowl and put into the fridge overnight.

If you want you can lightly fry a handful of sesame seeds on a dry pan and add to vegetables.
