Baked fish pate with onion jam
Pate – a great snack that can diversify any table. Today I propose a delicate pate baked fillet of Pollock, under the hood of the onion jam. The harmony of flavors will surely surprise your loved ones.

Ingredients

  • Pollock

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    250 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Semi-sweet red wine

    70 ml

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    15 g

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Peel the onion, wash, cut into half rings.

Melt in a pan the butter and fry the onions. It should become soft and begin to slightly gold. At this point, add the herbes de Provence, lemon zest, and black pepper. Cook the onions for another 3 minutes to become ruddy.
