Lenten chocolate manna
Necessity is the mother of inventions generous!.. And even in post you can make a delicious manna chocolate, aromatic, with dried fruits and nuts. And a big plus is similar to baking in that it long remains fresh and not stale. Try it ;) the Recipe is found on Internet open spaces, little changed and prepared a half portion. Here is the recipe in full.

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    180 g

  • Sugar

    210 g

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Cocoa powder

    30 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Candied

    0.5 cup

  • Nuts

    0.5 cup

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

In a bowl sprinkle semolina (I have a Mistral from semolina), sugar and vaniline sugar (or vanillin).

Pour water, mix and leave at room temperature for 2-3 hours to croup are swollen.

Then pour butter, stir, add cocoa, mix well with a whisk to avoid lumps.

Add the flour with the baking powder, mix well.

Add chopped dried fruit and nuts.

Stir, put the dough in a greased form.

Bake at 180*C for about 35-45 minutes. Willingness to check the wooden skewer - it should come out dry.

Pie cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

Warm manna crumble when sliced, and cooled in a well-cut.
