Casserole
When you do not want to grind, roast, boil, make this a quick casserole.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Noodles

    250 g

  • Assorted vegetable

  • Mayonnaise

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

Boil the noodles, fillets cut into slices.

Fillet lightly beat off, salt, pepper.

Small chop the onion, mix it with a fillet, coat with mayonnaise and leave to stand for 10 minutes.

In the form put layers: noodles, meat with onions, vegetables, then noodles, meat, vegetables.

Vegetables can what to eat. I had a pack of frozen (peas, corn, green beans, peppers). Usually use zucchini, tomatoes, carrots.

20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.

Beat the eggs with the milk as for scrambled eggs, pour the casserole and place in the oven for another 15 minutes. The meat turns out very tender with a taste of onion.
