Morning muffins muesli
Delicious and healthy muffins, perfect for Breakfast. Simple to prepare, they are perfectly raise the spirits and warm the frosty morning.

Ingredients

  • Muesli

    1 cup

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Cinnamon

    3 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Chicory

    0.5 tsp

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

Cooking

1. Pour muesli yoghurt drink. Half an Apple, finely chop.

2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate form oil, or put paper liners.

3. Sift flour, mix with baking powder. Add vanilla and cinnamon.

4. Mix the egg with sugar, add oil.

5. To egg mixture add the chicory, it will give the muffins a nice Golden brown color.

6. In the mixture add the present muesli and yoghurt.

7. Stirring, add flour mixture.

8. In the resulting dough add the apples and mix gently.

9. Put the dough in molds, filling them 2/3 of the height.

10. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Allow the muffins to cool for 5-7 minutes in the oven, then removed.

11. Allow to cool another 10 minutes and start eating:)
