Peach cobbler
I love shortcrust pastries, cottage cheese and peaches, so I decided to combine and I must tell you not for nothing... the result is excellent.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Flour

  • Potato starch

    1 cup

  • Jam

    200 g

  • Peach

    700 g

  • Cheese

    600 g

So, let's make the dough. Grate the margarine...

Add eggs, sour cream, starch and soda, slaked vinegar, stir. I use a mixer.

Add flour (how much, from flour, too much depends) and knead the dough, not stiff. And sent to rest in the fridge for an hour.

Take the dough from the cold and spread in the form of uniformly distributed, we do a high side.

Let's prepare the filling. In cheese and pour powdered sugar (can sugar), vanilla, eggs and all mix well until smooth.

On top of the jam spread the cream cheese and sent in a preheated 180/C oven for about 40-60 minutes (depending on oven).

As soon as the biscuits browned, and the cheese "grabbed" and started to brown, take out from the oven.

On top of all this beauty spread sliced peaches and again in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
