Caraway cakes with smoked mackerel
Bread from whole wheat flour with smoked mackerel brighten up your Breakfast or the holiday table and will not take much time to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    140 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

    80 g

  • Cream cheese

    4 Tbsp

  • Dill

    10 g

  • Lemon

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Mackerel

    200 g

Cooking

Melt the butter and mix with milk. Add eggs and whisk. Dutch cheese grate on a coarse grater and add to the mixture. Mix the flour with the baking powder, cumin and injected into the egg mixture.

The dough is spread in small cakes on a heated pan and fry in olive oil until Golden brown. Cool.

Cream cheese mixed with finely chopped dill. Fish carefully selected bones.

Tortillas spread cream cheese. One on top lay the mackerel and cover with another tortilla cream cheese to the top. Decorate with lemon slice and dill. Red caviar is optional.
