Tartlets with avocado and anchovies
In my opinion, tartlet - a very convenient form of snacks. They are elegant, practical and delicious. The options are endless, today let me offer you this.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    6 slice

  • Avocado

    2 piece

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Chili

    1 Tbsp

  • Anchovies

    6 piece

C slices of bread trim the crusts. With a brush moisten with water on both sides. Put in molds, pressing the crumbs to the walls. I did not grease the molds, nothing stuck. Dry at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Mix the olive oil with a light Kikkoman soy sauce and lime juice.

Dried cakes carefully remove from the molds and allow to cool.

In a blender make a puree from the pulp of avocado.

Gradually add dressing, mixing with a blender. Then gently mix in the finely chopped chilli.

Anchovy fillets get wet from the oil. In tartlets put the avocado cream and place anchovy fillets. Sprinkle with lime zest.
