Description

Pea soufflé
Yes, Yes, girls, and again I souffle))) the Recipe was once I found on the Internet, something removed, something added... Soufflé turns out very tasty, juicy, tender and most importantly has no pronounced pea taste (extremely useful when a large dislike for peas)))

Ingredients

  • Peas

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Water

    1 cup

Cooking

step-0
Peas washed, fill with cold water and leave for a few hours (I was about 2). Wash it again, add water and put it on the stove. Peas are almost entirely soft after boiling (I cooked about 25-30 minutes). In parallel, boil one egg and a chicken breast.
step-1
Pea porridge put in a food processor (blender), add the butter and whisk until smooth. Set aside to cool a bit...
step-2
Boiled egg and chicken fillet cut into small cubes.
step-3
Pea in the cooled mass, add the egg yolk and sour cream, mix thoroughly. There also send the chicken and boiled egg.
step-4
Protein whisk and accurately entered in our future souffle... it is Kneaded.
step-5
A bowl to steam, covered with foil. Lubricating oil (I'm still on top sprinkled with semolina). You can take a separate container of smaller diameter, and set it in the Cup, filling the ground (then the souffle will be higher). You can also use batch preparation and to put all the forms (which are in the bowl for steaming).
step-6
Put on slow cooker mode "steaming", set the time 30 minutes (focus on your slow cooker). After 30 minutes, get air, light, juicy and very delicate soufflé)))
