Pancakes on mineral water
In my culinary life has two misfortunes - gelatin cakes-desserts and thin pancakes. But one I did it thanks tried a new recipe from the Cook. The pancakes turned out to be supple and gentle. And fillings offer the usual - meat and also will show as usual in our family to curl up these pancakes (I guess many do, is a common method).

Ingredients

  • Water, carbonated

    0.5 l

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    4 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dill

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Mineral water, eggs, salt, sugar and soda (to repay vinegar) mix

Add flour, stir until smooth, pour vegetable oil and stir

Bake thin pancakes. I baked in a pan without oil (first time only dripped a little), and I haven't got such beautiful thin pancakes, but still ahead. Most importantly, these pancakes are perfectly turned, not torn and not hard.

For the filling fry the chopped onion, then add mince, fry, add salt, pepper, add the dill (or any herbs to taste).

Now fold the pancake in mid - spread 2 tsp of the stuffing.

Fold pancakes in a separate bowl. But that's not all. Before feeding it is necessary to fry the wrappers in the pan. But everybody already takes a portion of roasting. But if it turns out a lot of pancakes, you can freeze. It's always been done in our family, pancakes with meat (sorry, very rarely). Bon appetit!
