Trout low salt
Salted red fish is always good, and if we quickly cooked... the Recipe for all occasions

Ingredients

  • Trout

    1 kg

  • Salt

    3 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

From carcass do trout fillet, remove all bones (Not like store-bought fillets, always prefer to do myself...) Cut into thin slices...

So: left - bellies (belly), right - back.

Lay the plank, salt, pepper...

Put in pan, sprinkle with lemon juice, add half a Cup of water, gently mix up... Everything!
