Chicken rolls with mushrooms
Quick to prepare. Perfect for a nice dinner and for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    6 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Brisket

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

To start, prepare the filling: finely chop onion, carrot grate on a coarse grater, mushrooms cut into slices and fry it all until Golden brown.

Prepare sauce: mix mayonnaise, soy sauce and garlic.

Every piece of chicken is cut into two parts. Of course, you are ready to roll and from a single piece of fillet, but they are larger and rougher.

Chicken grease prepared sauce, spread 1-2 teaspoons of filling, a slice of bacon and wrap the roll.

Prepared rolls stacked in the form (or baking sheet). Grease the rolls with the remaining sauce, and if there is filling it can also be spread on top of rolls.

Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 30 minutes until Golden brown. Bon appetit!
