Vegetable side dish for the grill
A great option for a picnic - pre-boiled and marinated vegetables are just laid on the grate of the grill and fried. Thanks to the marinade it's fragrant, with a spicy taste. It is a kind of side dish and salad and hot at the same time. You can cook as in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    400 g

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Radishes

    5 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    30 g

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Coriander

  • Nutmeg

  • Bay leaf

  • Dill

In a bowl, mix vegetables.

[b]Prepare the marinade:[/b] mix the olive oil, juice, mustard, salt, spices;

pour vegetables with marinade and mix well, leave for 1-2 hours.

Fry on the grill or in the oven for even Browning, sprinkle with dill and serve.
