The words of the author. 100 g of CL. butter,250 g icing sugar(split in half),2 eggs(separate whites and yolks),1 tsp vanilla extract(optional),75 g plain flour 2 tsp baking powder(Yes! 2 tablespoons!),a pinch of salt,2.5 tbsp cocoa powder,90 ml milk,100 g of almonds,200 ml of liquid(lightweight) cream 3-4 tablespoons powdered sugar,250 g strawberries(6 PCs leave for decoration,the rest cut). Sift the flour,baking powder,salt and cocoa together.Set aside
Beat the butter 0.5 Cup icing sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the egg yolks with the vanilla extract and again beat.
Add the milk and mix well.
Then flour mixture into egg-butter
Grease with oil and lay the paper form(pan) 20x30 cm Spread a thin layer of the batter into the prepared form. [b]My advice.[/b]Paper is good to primality with 2 sides,so easy to move the cake. ;-)
Beat egg whites with a clean nozzle.Gradually add the remaining 0.5 Cup of powdered sugar
to peaks.Beat until smooth(full mixing).
Spread the chocolate dough meringue.
Sprinkle with almond wafers and bake for 20 minutes(temperature not specified).Bake at t=180*
