  • Cocoa powder

  • Powdered sugar

  • Dry white wine

Sift the flour, starch and cocoa in a large bowl. Separate the whites from the yolks. RUB the yolks with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Whip whites with 1 tbsp sugar and mix with the wine. Add to flour mixture the egg yolks first, then whites. All mix well. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 C. Then put in a domed shape and a good pin down.

Pre-mix thawed strawberries with curd and sugar, put on the cake.

Flour, starch, cocoa and sugar, thoroughly mixed with the milk. Bake the pancake on the frying pan oiled. Cover the pie.

To clean for a few hours in the fridge under pressure. I left for the night. Taking out zuccotto, crop the edges of the dough. Gently turn on a dish and decorate to your liking.
