Salad with peas or pea salad
... or pea salad. I love the peas. Pea soup we cook quite often, but the salad of peas and very rarely even regret it, because it's insanely delicious! I had in the fridge some remains of food from other recipes I looked at them, looked at it and decided to make a salad. In General, it's all in the eyes, but the balance products like this:

Ingredients

  • Peas

    1 cup

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken thigh

    1 piece

  • Meat

  • Cucumber

  • Mushrooms

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Coriander

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Peas rinse well, cover with cold water and boil, but do not seethe, it's better to be a little al-dente. Drain the water.

Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Cool.

Both types of meat cut into cubes and add to the bowl.

Add the mushrooms, cut into slices or cubes.

Then add onion, salt and pepper.

Diced cucumbers and coriander.
