Love the combination of potatoes, meat and mushrooms! Thinking that it is possible to prepare from these products, I decided to make spring rolls - very tasty with a crispy crust on the bottom. Rolls over on the same day)))

Mushrooms and onion cut into small cubes, mix with minced meat (I have mixed). Season with salt and pepper. Stir the filling.

And knead the potato dough. The dough turns soft.
The dough I divided into 12 pieces.
Adding the table with flour, roll out tortillas. Spread the filling and roll roll.
Protiven grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle with flour and lay out rolls.
The half rolls that I smeared with mayonnaise, the second half of mayonnaise mixed with ketchup. Sprinkled with sesame seeds. Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
