Curd pudding with figs and pumpkin
There are many recipes for casseroles, but add your. Casserole is a delicious healthy dish for the whole family. Daughter loves dates, but doesn't like pumpkin, so the pumpkin I added to many dishes.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Pumpkin

    150 g

  • Cards

    100 g

Whisk the eggs, once the mass acquires a yellow-white color, I start to add the sugar gradually and whisk until the sugar is dissolved.

Clean the dates, because I have dates and semi-dried variety with a firm skin, then I removed the cloth and took out the bones. Pumpkin shred on a grater or, like me, in a blender. If you have dried dates, they need to be soaked in water and then grind.

Then to the mixture add semolina, yogurt, cottage cheese, vanilla and flour and whisk. In the end add the pumpkin and dates. The mass is a liquid

Grease the pan with vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina

Pour the mass into the pan and put the slow cooker on bake mode for about 40 minutes.
