Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    2 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Black olives

    100 g

  • Feta

    100 g

Onions cut into half rings.

Mushrooms clean, if necessary, to wash. Large cut into halves. In a frying pan with olive oil, sauté on medium heat onions and mushrooms. In about 10 minutes.

Add the balsamic vinegar, it gives a great flavor to the mushrooms. Add pepper, salt.
