Cooking
Onions cut into half rings.
Mushrooms clean, if necessary, to wash. Large cut into halves. In a frying pan with olive oil, sauté on medium heat onions and mushrooms. In about 10 minutes.
Add the balsamic vinegar, it gives a great flavor to the mushrooms. Add pepper, salt.
After evaporation of the liquid add the finely chopped parsley. Cool!
To the feta and olives add 2-2,5 tbsp olive oil and oregano. Give a little brew!
