Cooking

step-0
The original recipe Sepanski pie is made from mutton, but the store, alas, it was not. So my choice - beef.
step-1
Skip the beef through a meat grinder.
step-2
To the meat add olive oil, soy sauce, 2 cloves of garlic, pepper.
step-3
Potatoes, peel, cut cubes, add 1 clove of garlic, and boil until tender.
step-4
Prepare vegetable filling: grate carrots, onions cut into half rings, celery slices.
step-5
Mince and cook for 5-7 minutes.
step-6
In a pan put the vegetables, season with thyme and olive oil, soy sauce. Pour 150 gr. of water and stew under a lid for 10 minutes.
step-7
To the vegetables add the meat.
step-8
To the mince and vegetables - tomatoes in their own juice.
step-9
Stew under the cover for another 5 minutes.
step-10
In a saucepan combine milk, cream, butter, olive oil, nutmeg and Bay leaf.
step-11
The finished potatoes drain and mash these.
step-12
Once milk mixture comes to a boil, remove Bay leaf and add to the potatoes.
step-13
Knead mashed potatoes. It is sweetish to the taste. Very tasty in itself! :)
step-14
Take a fireproof baking dish. This beauty I owe DeSole (skyfuntik)! Dear, thank you again for such a delightful gift.
step-15
In the form put the meat mixture.
step-16
Spread on top of potatoes and put in oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
step-17
The finished pie take out from the oven.
step-18
Enjoy its delicious aroma.
step-19
And then calls all to the table! Bon appetit! :)
