Rolls
Another kind of rolls. From the classic they differ in their inherent sharpness. Very tasty and juicy: taste the fish, feta cheese, Philadelphia cheese, cucumber and avocado.

Ingredients

  • Nori

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    100 ml

  • Cheese curd

    1 Tbsp

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. I made this: well-washed rice, then pour 1:2, brought to a boil, reduce the flame and covered, cooked for 20 minutes, then turned off and left covered for another 15 minutes. To prepare the rolls I took the rice Japonica TM Mistral. Prepare the sauce of rice vinegar, sugar, lemon juice and season them with rice. Wait until the basis for the rolls to cool.

On the Mat lay the plastic wrap, then a sheet of nori.

On nori evenly place the rice.

Flip the nori sheet.

Cheese, fish, avocado and cucumber cut into thin wedges.

Lubricate nori wasabi ( or mustard). On nori put cheese and fish. Cucumber and avocado, then the cheese Philadelphia.

Roll roll.

And cut it into 6 parts. On top of the rolls place the boiled shrimp.
