Eggplant with peanut sauce
I love eggplant. Well, eggplant with walnuts is a classic, beloved by many. A little imagination, and the result is a very festive appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

Sauce. Grind the walnuts with garlic, red pepper, salt.

Add the vinegar, soy sauce, chopped greens. Mix well. Then gradually add water to bring sauce to desired consistency.

Eggplant cut into circles, salt and leave for 10-15 minutes.

In a pan heat oil, fry the eggplant on both sides until Golden brown. Spread the eggplant on a napkin to remove excess oil. On a plate spread a little sauce, put the eggplant circles. The rest of the sauce to submit separately. Bon appetit!
