Cooking
Turn the oven down to 180°C first of all, it is hot. Combine bananas and lemon juice, crush with a fork to make a puree.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, Cinamon, soda and salt.
In another large bowl, mix butter, sour cream and sugar, and later to drive the eggs, one at a time, it's a little beat and add vanilla.
You can then add flour with spices (which we prepared earlier), then the milk and whisk for a while.
Stirring, add the banana puree, then the chopped nuts (walnuts) and chocolate chips.
Grease the baking tins with butter and sprinkle with flour, pour into it the finished dough, but not to the top, because the dough will rise later.
I have the dough already start to rise in about 20 minutes.
Later should look like. For a while, while baking a cake, you can make the cream. Melt the chocolate, then allow to cool slightly, then mix in a little cream and whisk (but do not overdo it, as the cream will curdle), in another bowl mix the rest of cream, and then all connect. Stir chocolate cream and the cream is ready.
After 45 minutes, carefully open the oven and check with a toothpick ready (it should be dry, if ready, if it's wet, then wait another 10-15 minutes). I usually takes about an hour, but it still depends on the molds, in which you bake.
When ready, take the pie out of the oven, let stand for 5 minutes, then pull out of the molds.
Later cut into two parts.
Lubricate one-half of the cream and cut to the pieces of banana as shown in the pictures.
Then cover with the other half, then lubricate it with cream top and sides.
Decorate the top with sliced bananas. To put in some time in the fridge it tastes better cold :)
