Envelopes with smoked fish
Delicious envelopes of dough stuffed with salmon smoked. Perfect with sweet tea or coffee.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    5 Tbsp

  • Fish fillets

    200 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Black pepper

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

Knead a dough with the mentioned ingredients, roll into a bun. The dough is placed in a plastic bag and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour. From dough to roll out 12 rectangles.

Fish cut into pieces. Lemon juice mix with sour cream. Dill chopped, and 2/3 to add to the sour cream. On each rolled out piece, put the fish on top of the sour cream and pepper.

Opposite corners to connect to get the envelope.

Place the patties on the baking tray lined with parchment paper, and place in a preheated 200 gr. the oven for 25 minutes. After 15-20 minutes to coat the wrappers with egg yolk and sprinkle with dill.
