Baked vegetables with cheese-yogurt sauce
I love the vegetables!!! This recipe is from the "what was in the fridge", but it was very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

In salted water boil the beans 10 min.

In salted water boil the pumpkin for 5-7 min.

The sunflower, pepper, zucchini and peeled eggplant and fry with 1 tbsp oil about 5 min.

Onion cut in rings, tomatoes - 4 pieces.

The sauce: cheese, squeeze the garlic, add pepper, beat the egg, add the yogurt, cheese with garlic.

Fireproof dish, put some oil (1tbsp. l) and spread zucchini, eggplant, pumpkin, beans, onions, tomatoes, nuts.

Cover with the sauce and bake in the preheated oven (200 °C) for about 15 min.
