Cooking

step-0
Clean the fish, cut it slices 1,5-2 cm thick. Grease the pan with vegetable oil and spread our fish.
step-1
Add salt fish, pepper and sprinkle with soy sauce.
step-2
Cut the onion into half rings and put on pelengasa.
step-3
Prepare the sauce which we will pour the fish: mix the honey, mustard and beer.
step-4
Fill our fish and put in oven at 200-220 degrees.
step-5
When the liquid in the pan with the fish will begin to boil away, take it out and sprinkle our fish with grated cheese. Return all back into the oven. Bake until Golden brown cheese. And all you can bring to the table. The fish turns out juicy, with an unusual taste, which it imparts to the sauce.
step-6
I will eat well.:-)
