Oatmeal pie with bananas and blueberries
Start your day with this delicious and healthy Breakfast. Oatmeal baked with bananas, blueberries, cinnamon, honey and walnuts is a great combination.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Blueberries

    200 g

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    20 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.75 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Take a ceramic baking dish (size 22х14). The form needs a bit of grease with vegetable oil. Bananas cut into rings and put into the form.

Take half of the blueberries and spread on bananas.

Bananas and blueberries topped off with cinnamon — 1/4 teaspoon, add 1 tablespoon of honey. The baking dish cover with foil and put in oven for 15 minutes.

Taking whole-grain oat cereals of TM "Mistral".

In a bowl mix oats, half of the chopped walnuts, the baking powder and remaining cinnamon.

In another bowl, beat with a mixer the milk, egg, remaining honey and vanilla.

Get bananas with blueberries from the oven and sprinkle with the cooked oat mixture.

Then pour a mixture of milk, eggs, honey and vanilla in oatmeal, making sure the mixture spreads evenly.

Sprinkle top of casserole with remaining blueberries and walnuts.

Bake 30 minutes at 190 degrees or until the top is not formed Golden brown crust.

The finished pie sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve the casserole warm. Bon appetit!
