Salad
Delicious, summer truly summer salad! Warm baked potatoes and crispy vegetables in a cheese and mustard sauce! Treat yourself to a weekend in this salad!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Radishes

    50 g

  • Cucumber

    50 g

  • Lettuce

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Cheese

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    0.5 tooth

  • Bow white

    50 g

Potatoes wrapped in foil (each potato separately) and bake in the oven until cooked. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes

Thin slices, slice the radish, cucumber, chop the dill, folded into a bowl, add pickled onions

Lettuce pick by hand and send to vegetables

For dressing mix the soy sauce (I used sauce "Kikkoman"), black pepper, mustard, grated garlic and oil

Add cream cheese (the one in jars) and mix well until smooth. Cheese can be taken plain or with fillings (mushroom, ham) - will be even tastier

The potatoes are ready remove from oven, release from the foil, cut lengthwise into 2 halves. Spoon to remove part of the flesh and chop it

Put the warm pulp of the potatoes in the salad, pour the dressing and mix

Salad spread on warm potato halves and then serve!!!

Chili pepper cut into slices and decorate the salad on top. Or Chile pepper finely and add to dressing. If you don't want a sharp taste - eliminate Chile at all.
