Potato salad with bacon and green beans
I offer a wonderful, delicious, hearty salad that could easily replace a full dinner. You may already be familiar with these recipes (the site I found, although m. b. badly searched), the same potato salad offers, and G. Ramsay, and George. Oliver and many well-known chefs. I followed the recipe thank A. Onegin.

Ingredients

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Green beans

    250 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    50 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

Products. Beans used frozen, cut into long pieces 2-3 cm, when the food is thawed, just immersed for 5 minutes in boiling water, then into ice water. Potatoes boiled "in uniform".
