Salad with beets, mushrooms and roasted potatoes
A delicious and hearty salad. Easily replace the main dish. In the Post diversifies your menu.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Paprika sweet

Cooking

Potatoes cut into strips.

Beets boil. Cut into small cubes. Add a little vegetable oil, stir.

Mushrooms cut and fry.

Potato fry with the addition of paprika until tender.

For the filling mix the vegetable oil, Kikkoman soy sauce and mustard. I have French mustard.

Cut onion into feathers. On a plate put lettuce. Optionally, they simply break. Then arbitrarily beets, mushrooms, potatoes and onions. Pour all the dressing.
