Cottage cheese-pumpkin pie
On the whole large pie we use only 40 g of flour and 75 grams of sugar. Everything else is low-fat cottage cheese and it is quite low calorie pumpkin. The minimum of fuss in the kitchen will give us the most pleasure at the table and no problems with scales :).

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    25 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

  • Noodles

    100 g

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Flour

    40 g

Note, please, that the weight of the noodles given in already boiled. Dry it is much lighter :).

Wash pumpkin, peel and cut into small cubes.

Noodles boil in salted water.

Preheat a frying pan with sunflower oil "Oleyna", put the pumpkin, salt and fry on medium heat until soft.

Put in the pumpkin noodles, sugar, eggs and cinnamon, mix well. Pumpkin layer and bake is ready.

Prepare the cheesecake layer.

In a bowl, mix the pick cheese, eggs, flour and sugar.

Grease the bowl multivarki oil, put the cheese layer with the spatula.

Pour on top of pumpkin layer with the spatula. Close the lid, the valve is put in the "open" position, bake 35-40 minutes. After the expiry of the baking time, the slow cooker off, open the lid and give the cake to cool for 30 minutes.

Put cake on a dish and enjoy the Sunny spring mood :).
